Shipping & Handling
- All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days
- All orders will be shipped after the above processing time
- Customers will receive notification of shipment along with tracking information and updates
- Please allow up to 7 business days after notification of shipment for your order to be delivered
- If after 14 business days of placing your order you have not received your package please notify us immediately so that we can contact the United States Postal Service by which all our products are mailed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Because our skincare products are natural, fresh and made to order, we cannot accept products for return after they have left our care
- In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us so that we can address the issue at hand and determine the best possible solution
- If your package arrives damaged, tampered with or with products missing please notify us immediately via email so that we may rectify the situation
